Although the Tribunal did not agree with all the criticism it has deprivation of liberty for parents of new rights and ordered the state to help reach thousands of people, lack of payments.

Lawyers need support for parents, the child was happy, even if Judge Sabrina McKenna dismissed one of their greatest needs. The judge said: “Management (the” Child Support Agency) has improved considerably since the complaint was filed. She also said that there was no evidence that millions of dollars without a child is lost in supporting the Agency.

McKenna said the number of bad checks and uncashed addresses is a serious problem and said parents have rights to fight for late payments.

“The stand, it gives them the recognition and the Tribunal, there is something to work to help these people for their money,” said O’Brien.

The court ordered the state of preparation of a list of all controls and ill uncashed addresses to use the extra money for improving the Agency and not pay the child benefit until that the payment by the bank.

Lawyers said that accounting is what they were.

“For this is not just images, or accounts is absolutely clear that for every individual, every day, every altbackenes and amount envisaged. So I think this is a huge step,” said O ‘ Brien.

The State as the Attorney General has also halted as a victory, because judges have not found widespread mismanagement.

This is somewhat blurred, as the judgement affects the average parents. It could mean a new series of delays that the Agency expects entrants begins with controls in order to clarify before sending payments to children.
